Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items like custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Hygiene-sensitive products such as socks, inner soles, or any items labeled “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

3. Process:

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are only processed for items returned in their original condition within the return window.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment or as a store credit, depending on your preference.

2. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process first, and then place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
