Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

2. Delivery Times

Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your order’s status.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order status using the tracking number provided once your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your order's location, please contact us for assistance.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.

If an order is delayed or lost due to factors beyond our control, we will assist in coordinating with the courier service but are not liable for the delay.

 

7. Damaged Orders

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We may ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging for our records and quality control purposes.
